“From initial phone call to finished installation, the service was professional. Michael took my initial call, assessing the work over the phone and dispatching a very competent man named Oscar to install our new PTAC heating/ac unit… all in the same day. Oscar unpacked the unit and the first thing he did was to measure and compare the specs of the old GE unit with the new Amana version. He double-checked the manual and confirmed the compatibility of the new one and proceeded to install… all in less than an hour. We can only wish that every service visit — plumber, electrician, carpenter — can be as professional.”
